Club Administration

The club has a constitution. Copies are available to members (not the kind of thing to put on a website). The constitution governs overall how the club should be managed, including the formation of a General Committee who organise the club. See the link above for who they are, then, if needed, the club secretary for details of how the General Committee operates.

In addition to roles outlined in the constitution, other roles have evolved as the need has arisen. These volunteer roles are filled as needed by appointment by the General Committee. Again, see the link above for what the roles are and who fills positions at present.

Club members can have their say by talking to General Committee members, attending any General Committee meeting (these are open to club members) and at Open Meetings.
